Osaka Castle
Osaka Castle is a Japanese castle built during the Sengoku period in Ikutamaso Osaka, Higashinari District, Settsu Province, at the tip of Kamimachi Plateau. The current castle tower was reconstructed in 1931. Another name is Kinjo. It has been designated as a national special historic site as the ``Osaka Castle Ruins.'' The area including the castle ruins is maintained as Osaka Castle Park. The castle tower is now a museum, ``Osaka Castle Castle Tower.''

Shitennoji
Shitennoji is the head temple of the Japanese sect located in Shitennoji, Tennoji Ward, Osaka City. The mountain name is Aryozan. The principal image is the Savior Kannon. It is said to be one of the seven great temples built by Prince Shotoku. In addition to the No. 1 temple of the 33 temples in the Shinsaikoku region, it is a temple of many other sacred sites. According to the Nihon Shoki, construction began in the first year of Emperor Suiko's reign.
