When purchasing products tax-free, please note the following points.

• It must be within 6 months of entry into Japan (excluding diplomats, government officials, and US military personnel).
• If you have Japanese nationality among non-residents, it must be within 6 months of entry into Japan.
• Tax-free services cannot be provided without your passport.
• If you entered through an automated gate and do not have an entry stamp, tax-free sales cannot be made as there is no proof of entry.
• Only items sold on the same day are eligible for tax-free services.
• Some items may not be allowed into certain countries.
• When departing, present the items with the purchase record attached to customs at the airport or port.
• The purchased bag cannot be opened until you return home.
